The owners of this 80s-style Merivale property were looking for a way to bring something special to the redesign of their home. The complete renovation needed to bring the wow factor and feature some incredible build materials that showed lasting quality.

Solution

Elite Built was engaged for a full-blown architectural renovation, with the majority of the linings and framing stripped and altered. All windows and doors have also been replaced with modern double glazing.

The main feature of the renovation was the cedar doors, which were manufactured by Ruben's Joinery. These doors both frame the entrance to the home and the gate outside, with an impressive finish that shows up well in the entranceway lighting.
